I have always looked forward to my classes with Pia. She is a very experienced instructor with an in-depth knowledge of the yoga practice, both from the physical and spiritual perspectives. Her classes are well structured and well prepared yet flexible in order to accommodate the different levels of ability within the group. Pia also explains and demonstrates extremely well each yoga posture and always ensures that participants perform these safely and in the right way to gain maximum benefit.
