What will I need for Yoga?

Just yourself and a sticky mat. Currently, I only offer private tuition in my studio, which is at my home, and is equiped with any props that are required for your practice.

During a yoga class we will work mindfully on exploring the physical yoga postures. I will always offer modifications and alternatives to make yoga accessible and enjoyable for all bodies and ages.

Along with the physical practice I incorporate breath work, relaxation, meditation and philosophical concepts.

All this combines to leave you feeling energised yet relaxed at the end of our sessions.

I offer Private Tuition for adults in my studio priced as follows:-

Initial consultation 1h 30mins - £50

1 hour class - £40

1h 30min class - £50

Private children's yoga classes

3-5 years old - 30mins £20

6 - 10 years old - 45 mins £25

10 - 16 years old - 60 mins £40

Other services offered are Reiki (click here for information)

Treatments £30 per 40 minute treatment, although allow an hour.
